Cancellation Policy

The use of this website constitutes acceptance of our user agreement; if services have been sent, MacroTechnicals ( have fulfilled our obligations.

MacroTechnicals will automatically charge your selected credit card, debit card or other payment method for all applicable fees on monthly basis (monthly membership) or yearly basis (annual membership), until you or we cancel your account. The account fee will be billed when you first choose to open an account and each month (monthly membership) or each year (annual membership) thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. There are no refunds or credits for partially used months (monthly membership) or years (annual membership).  If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or MacroTechnicals is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, MacroTechnicals reserves the right to revoke access to your MacroTechnicals account.

All information that you provide in connection with a monetary transaction through the Service must be accurate, complete, and current.  You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction through the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.  You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any monetary transactions.

If you want to use a different payment method or if there is a change in your credit or debit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your account setting page. If your credit or debit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of MacroTechnicals constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit or debit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

Initial Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your subscription, without any reason, within a 14 day period in writing from the day on which you pay the membership fee. If you exercise your right to cancel within that period, we will reimburse all payments received from you only if no services have been received from MacroTechnicals. By clicking on any of the subscription-based blogs associated with MacroTechnicals ( website) you have received services from MacroTechnicals and will not be eligible for reimbursement. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to show up on your account.

Renewal: You may cancel your MacroTechnicals annual subscription at any time up until 30 days before the next billing cycle. After this time, you will continue the annual subscription and pay the next bill in full amount. However, there are no refunds for a renewal cancellation; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that MacroTechnicals suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Your MacroTechnicals account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your account, or we terminate it. You must cancel your account before it renews each cycle in order to avoid billing of the next fees. MacroTechnicals will bill the fee associated with your account.

Notification of your cancellation can be done via the email MacroTechnicals ( endeavours to respond to all email enquiries, including refund requests, within a reasonable time period.

How to cancel: You may notify us of your wish to cancel your subscription by contacting us at with the following: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my subscription”. Please then include:

  • The subscriber’s first name, last name and user name
  • The Account email address or Transaction ID
  • The Payment method you used (Paypal or Stripe)
